I can't stress enough the incredible LONG TERM impact that shoulder presses and upright rows have on the rotator cuff. Just when you have been repaired, and, maybe, a year later think you can GO BACK and do the SAME exercises...think again! BAD MOVE!

Soon, we are going to take you through my journey of the shoulders, the good, the bad and very ugly.

What I can say for now is that if I knew then what I know now, I would NOT have had the surgeries! It goes WELL BEYOND proper form. The Training Tank is going to take a deeper dive into that.

My main goal is to share MY mistakes through my journey of training to help you avoid the same and educate everyone on not only proper technique and form, but also proper exercise selection.
